What can you expect from therapy with Dr. Nanda?
Therapy with me is both reflective and action oriented. We explore the “why,” but we also focus on “what now?”—integrating insight with meaningful change. My hope is that clients leave each session feeling more grounded, supported, and capable of moving forward in alignment with their values and goals. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust.

What is Dr. Nanda's approach to treatment?
Dr. Nanda uses an integrative approach by blending evidence-based strategies that are customized to meet the unique needs each client. Techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy are employed to collaboratively create a treatment plan addresses clients' needs, concerns, and goals. The significance of physical health also acknowledged, recognizing its crucial impact on overall-being.
