1 / How much does each session cost?
Please refer to your health insurance benefits for specifics on copay rates. If you intend to pursue therapy services without insurance, each 50 minute in-person or online individual psychotherapy session is $200. This includes the initial session.

Currently, we practice exclusively in Florida.
4/ How can I be reimbursed by insurance for sessions if you are an out of network provider?
We've partnered with Thrizer, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
Thrizer is perfect if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!
Here's how it works:
1. Sign up for Thrizer:
2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.
3. You pay your co-pay, Thrizer submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
4. You get reimbursed by insurance!
Please note: They charge a 5% fee (of my rate) if you would like to just pay a copay; you will pay that fee at the time of our session along with your copay. If you are okay paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursement, you have the option to choose that route instead for just a 1% fee. That fee gets deducted from the reimbursement that comes to your bank account. If you are still working towards a deductible, you do not pay any fees.
5 / Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! All online sessions are held via a HIPAA-compliant platform. A secure link for the session will be provided to you once an appointment is scheduled.
6 / What is your cancellation policy?
For individual or family therapy sessions, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session to avoid a $75 fee.

For assessments and evaluations, a 25% nonrefundable session fee is in place at the time of booking. If the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment can be rescheduled with no additional fee.
